Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to lead clinic-based ABA therapy. The role offers in-clinic work with some remote flexibility and a strong focus on team collaboration.

You will manage a caseload, support remote BCBAs, and mentor BTs/RBTs, while partnering with families to ensure high-quality care and continuity of services.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation and case management abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
