Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high-quality ABA therapy with flexible in-clinic and remote options. You will conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and maintain compliant documentation, with a focus on work-life balance and manageable caseloads.

Join a supportive team that provides strong clinical backing, ongoing CEUs, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to help clients

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic)
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines
