Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead our clinic-based ABA program. This full-time role combines direct client work with supervision of BTs/RBTs and collaboration with families. You will mentor remote BCBAs, coordinate care, and help design individualized treatment plans.

NC licensure or eligibility is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Relocation assistance and competitive bonuses are available, with a supportive team focused on quality
