Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead and oversee ABA services, guiding RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

You will assess clients, create individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliant documentation while maintaining a 28-hour caseload weekly. Illinois licensure eligibility is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA licensure or license eligibility in Illinois preferred.
• Experience in a clinic setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Complete documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
