Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time. The role combines in-clinic supervision with remote work to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families.

You will conduct FBA, develop and supervise treatment plans, support RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure accurate documentation. A masters in ABA or related field, NC licensure, and BCBA certification are required; relocation, 401(k) match, and CEUs are

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
