We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Behavior Analyst to lead and enhance our ABA program within a well-established, multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a full time role that allows for hybrid work from home + work setting at our state-of-the-art sensory clinic.

Qualifications


  • 3 years of experience in ABA, including development and implementation of comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents

  • 1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs (preferred)

  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including setting performance expectations, developing supervision plans, and evaluating team performance
