Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and support children and families through compassionate ABA therapy. This full-time role offers a base salary of $120,000 with flexible scheduling, in-clinic support, and collaboration with other professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.

• On-site clinical leader, training and managing BTs/RBTs.
