B Above Autism Services in Kokomo, Indiana, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part-time or full-time roles. Compensation is $70-$90 per hour, with bonuses, and flexible scheduling to fit your life and caseload.

You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance while growing your leadership in a supportive, clinician-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
