Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assessor in North Carolina, with in-clinic work and travel. You will conduct initial assessments, develop comprehensive ABA programs, and guide multidisciplinary teams under supervision.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and NC licensure or eligibility. We offer strong in-clinic support, flexible scheduling, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams.
• Complete clinical assessments to inform programming using ABA tools (e.g., VB-Mapp, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and update ABA programs based on data and assessments.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans under licensed supervision.
• Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.
• Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
• Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, draw on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLS, and AFLS.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.
• Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, including instruction on intervention rationale, behavior function, and literature-based validation.

What We're Looking For

• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
