You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to support children with autism and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Modify treatment plans based on client progress and clinical data.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Address client and staff concerns professionally while promoting a positive team environment.
• Stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing professional development.
• Perform additional clinical duties as needed.

Stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing professional development. Perform additional clinical duties as needed.
