Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA (Full-Time) to lead in-clinic ABA services with some remote flexibility.

You’ll manage a direct caseload, support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care, and collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs as the on-site clinical leader.

This role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, NC licensure or eligibility, and excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC licensure or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to maintain a direct caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities
