Job summary

A healthcare services provider in California seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, overseeing behavior support plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support adults with intellectual disabilities. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience supporting individuals with trauma preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

PALS, Inc. is a trauma‑informed company providing services for adults with intellectual disabilities in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and Ventura counties. We are currently seeking a professional to provide full or part‑time hours as the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Santa Barbara day program office as well as for our residential facility located in Carpinteria.

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician who is familiar with and/or willing to learn about the philosophy and practice of person‑centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your service area will be the Santa Barbara and/or the Carpinteria programs. Some work may be performed remotely. Some driving required.

What You’ll Do
