Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our Los Angeles area team. As a BCBA you will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans and collaborate with a team of therapists to deliver evidence-based autism services.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules, travel to client homes, supervision hours, CEUs, and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• BCBA certification through BACB required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.).
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
