Job summary

PALS, Inc. is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our El Monte location. Some work may be remote and some travel is required.

You will conduct FBAs, oversee BSPs, and train direct support staff in a compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered care approach. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience supporting individuals with trauma preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs (functional behavior assessments).
• Create and oversee BSPs (Behavior Support Plans).
• Train and support direct support staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (case managers, nurses, therapists).
• Monitor data and outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

PALS, Inc. is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—many of whom have experienced trauma—at our El Monte location.

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will be based out of our El Monte office and will provide support to persons in our El Monte offices. Some work may be performed remotely. Some driving required.

What You’ll Do

• Train and support direct support staff and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., case managers, nurses, therapists)
• Monitor data and outcomes, modifying interventions as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification
