Job summary

Developmental Pathways, based in Los Angeles, CA, seeks licensed BCBAs to lead assessments and design individualized behavior interventions for individuals on the autism spectrum.

You will supervise therapists, track client progress, and contribute to ongoing CEU activities. Flexible scheduling includes full-time and hybrid/telehealth opportunities, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
