Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our Los Angeles team. You will conduct assessments, create individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise therapists to ensure progress and data-driven outcomes.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling with part-time options, travel to client homes, competitive salary, and generous benefits. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; CA driver’s license required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA required.
  • Current BACB-BCBA certification; bilingual Spanish a plus.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
  • Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
  • Develop and monitor client progress; provide detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
  • Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
