PALS, Inc. is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Downey location. This trauma-informed, person-centered role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in client outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BSPs, and train direct support staff while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Some travel and remote work may be required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience supporting individuals with trauma preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Create and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Train and support direct support staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., case managers, nurses, therapists).
• Monitor data and outcomes, modifying interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

PALS, Inc. is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—many of whom have experienced trauma—at our Downey location.

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will be based out of our Downey office and will provide support to persons in our Downey offices. Some work may be performed remotely. Some driving required.
