Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Ashland City, TN is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person role supports school staff and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective student supports.

You will coach teachers, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, provide safety plans for challenging students, and create teacher-friendly data collection systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA license in TN.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support school staff

• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
• Start Date: ASAP!
• Location: In-person, in Ashland City, TN
