Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA license in TN.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support school staff.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behaviors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Set and support academic and behavioral goals.
• Create teacher-friendly data collection systems.
• Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders.
