Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the 2026–2027 school year in Ashland City, TN. The position is full-time, 5 days per week, starting August 2026, with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid BCBA license in TN.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

Coach and support school staff.
Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behaviors.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Set and support academic and behavioral goals.
Create teacher-friendly data collection systems.
Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders.
