Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado. This full-time, school-based role begins ASAP and continues through January 2027, with LOA coverage.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success while ensuring accurate documentation and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active CDE certification or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students and school teams.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.

About the Role

Hello, BCBA's ! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado . This is a full-time, school-based opportunity beginning ASAP until January 2027.

In this role, you will provide behavioral support services to students, collaborate with school teams, and develop individualized behavior plans that promote student success. You'll work alongside educators, related service providers, and families to create positive, supportive learning environments.
