Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the 2026–2027 school year in Ashland City, TN. The position is full-time, 5 days per week, starting August 2026, with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA license in TN.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support school staff.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behaviors.
