Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in University Place, WA. This leave-coverage role runs November through January with potential extension and requires school-based BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with district staff to implement behavior intervention plans.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Pay Range: $65-75/hour Job Description: Full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – University Place, WA | November through January | Up to $75/hour W2 Location: University Place, WA Schedule: Monday–Friday; full time (leave coverage position)

Position Highlights:

Full time / Monday through Friday during school hours Leave Coverage Position-- November 7 through January 31, with potential to extend In-person School BCBA experience a plus! Fingerprinting, agency, and district onboarding required prior to starting Must hold an active Washington State Behavior Analyst License, Certification from BACB, and ESA (or be willing to obtain ASAP)
