Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Longmont, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide behavioral services, collaborate with school teams, and develop individualized behavior plans to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active CDE certification, or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students and school teams.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.

• Multiple schools throughout the district
• Elementary, Middle, and High School
• Providing Supervision to RBTs
