Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC. We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA with NET strategies tailored to each child’s needs. We provide a manageable case load with 25 billable hours, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time!
