Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst, NC. This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $107,000 per year and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• North Carolina licensure (or eligibility) required.
• Experience with autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.
