Job summary

BMW of Milwaukee North is seeking an enthusiastic BMW Genius / Product Specialist to help customers understand and enjoy their vehicles. You will provide demonstrations, assist with vehicle deliveries, and ensure demo cars are clean, charged, fueled, and ready for customers.

Training is provided and starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication skills, an interest in automotive technology, and the ability to explain features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Become knowledgeable about BMW models, features, technology, and innovations.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and product demonstrations.
• Explain BMW technology, connectivity, safety systems, and driver-assistance features.
• Assist with new vehicle deliveries and personalized vehicle orientations.
• Help customers understand and enjoy the features of their new BMW.
• Answer product and technology questions before and after the sale.
• Ensure demo vehicles are clean, prepared, and ready for demonstrations.
• Support the sales team by providing excellent product knowledge and customer service.
• Keep showroom vehicles clean and presentable.
• Ensure showroom and lot vehicles are properly fueled or charged.
• Maintain vehicle batteries and ensure EVs are charged.
• Park vehicles in designated locations and conduct daily lot walk-throughs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment.
