Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform Master Systems Integration of building management systems, build control databases, create user interfaces, and configure control systems from project specifications and proposals.

You will provide on-site and remote support to installers and customers, conduct field startup and commissioning, and support global projects with industry-leading technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• Core knowledge in Building Management Systems, Niagara, Distech Controls, BACnet/Modbus, HVAC Controls, IT Networking, Commissioning, Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Program control applications using various software tools.
• Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning and testing.
• Confirm operation according to project specs and design docs.
• Develop system graphic displays as per specifications.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot escalated problems.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
• Support software tools management and contribute to CBRE RISE values.
