Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration of building management systems, develop control databases, and configure interfaces per project specs and proposals. The role includes on-site and remote support, commissioning tasks, and programming across CBRE projects.

You will apply your knowledge of BMS, Niagara, Distech, BACnet, and IT networking to troubleshoot and optimize systems. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program building management system controls and interfaces.
• Perform on-site commissioning, testing, and validation of control applications.
• Provide on-site and remote support to installers and customers.
• Document issues, resolutions, and report findings to the project team.
• Collaborate to ensure designs meet project specifications and proposals.
