Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc is seeking a BMS Systems Engineer to join our New York City based team. You will work on building automation projects, producing sequences of operation, and developing BMS software databases for client systems.

Ideal candidates have a degree in EE/ME/CE/Math/Physics and 4+ years in HVAC/controls, with BACnet/Modbus and AutoCAD experience. This role involves on-site commissioning and collaboration with engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, ME, CE, Math or Physics.
• 4+ years experience in HVAC/controls industry.
• DDC programming with BACnet and Modbus integration.
• Competency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Produce drawings, sequences of operation, and BOMs for submissions.
• Develop BMS databases (programming and graphics) per specs.
• Design, integrate, and support network migration for BACnet/Modbus.
• Visit field to adjust sequences and commission systems on site.
• Mentor younger colleagues and maintain confidentiality.
