Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration of building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces per project specifications. You will provide on-site and remote support, perform field startup, commissioning, and diagnostics for complex control applications.

The role requires knowledge of BMS platforms, protocols, and commissioning processes, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Perform programming of control applications using various software tools.
• Field startup, commissioning, and testing of control applications at job sites.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Document problem resolution and report findings to the project team.
