Job summary

CBRE seeks a Software Engineer Analyst to perform Master Systems Integration of building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces based on project specifications and proposals.

The role provides on-site and remote support for installers and customers, including field startup and commissioning tasks. It is part of CBRE’s Software Engineering function delivering global projects for enterprise clients using industry-leading technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Program control applications with various software tools.
• Site checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Verify operation per project specs, sales proposal, and design docs.
• Develop system graphics displays per specifications or proposals.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Diagnose/system evaluation; isolate and fix escalated problems.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
