Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform Master Systems Integration of building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces per project specifications. The role includes on-site and remote support, field startup, commissioning, and the remote installation of software and control programs.

The position is in the Software Engineering function, delivering projects globally for large enterprise clients using industry-leading technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or software preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• / BMS standards and procedures knowledge.
• / Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• / Perform job-site system checkout and commissioning of control applications.
• / Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• / Document resolutions and communicate findings to the project team.
• / Lead by example and align with CBRE RI SE values.
• / Travel up to 50% for project work.
