Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience as described in the posting.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Program control applications using multiple software tools.
• Perform site checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Validate operation against project specifications and design docs.
• Develop system graphics displays per specifications or proposals.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Conduct advanced system evaluation and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot escalated problems and take corrective actions.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
• Coordinate installation with contractors on site as required.
• Apply standard principles to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Support management of software tools and processes.
• Model behavior aligned with CBRE RISE values; influence team outcomes.
