Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience with design and delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years with Blue Yonder development practices including MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define solution or integration architectures and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants within your discipline.
• Contribute to practice development through accelerators and reusable assets.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, scoping, and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices.
