Altium Packaging is seeking an experienced Machine Operator in Atlanta, GA to run blow mold, grinder and trimmer machines and manage the production line. The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and manuals.

Overtime and a safety-conscious mindset are essential for this production environment. Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring performance, quality audits, data entry for SPC, and minor maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience as a machine operator.
• Able to read blueprints and manuals; operate high-speed machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to start a production cycle and calibrate as needed.
• Operate blow-mold, grinder and trimmer machines and conveyor system.
• Perform audits, weights and quality checks; troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain activity logs and enter data into SPC database.
• Provide minor maintenance on blow mold and support equipment.
