Job summary

Altium Packaging Turners Falls is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment and support machines. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform minor maintenance, and ensure GMP compliance on the production line.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will join a team-focused, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.
• Altium Production/Machine Operator training to be completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks; adjust processes to meet specs.
• Prepare daily production reports and document equipment repairs.
• Assist maintenance and escalate abnormalities promptly.
• Oversee material handling and packaging to ensure correct labeling and traceability.
• Duties may vary by plant and may require overtime.
