Job summary

Altium Packaging in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). You will operate blow mold, grinder and trimmer machines, troubleshoot process issues, and perform routine maintenance to keep the line running smoothly.

Teamwork and a focus on safety are essential to maximize efficiency and profits. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of machine operation experience, blow mold experience, and ability to read

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills are required.
• Reading blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Ability to work overtime and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
• Operate blow-mold machines and related equipment.
• Perform quality checks and audits; keep records of outputs.
