Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Blow-Mold Operator for the 12-hour shift at our Baltimore facility. The role involves operating blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors, troubleshooting process problems, and performing minor maintenance to keep production lines running.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with an AS degree preferred and a background in related training. Overtime may be required based on business needs, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AS degree preferred.
• Apprenticeship or formal training in area of specialty encouraged.
• 1–3 years of experience in the field or related area.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines and related equipment to produce bottles.
• Perform audits, weights and quality checks on bottles.
• Troubleshoot minor process problems and perform basic maintenance.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications and repair/replace lines as needed.
• Document daily production reports including rejects and line efficiency.
• Train other blow-mold operators and assist with maintenance planning.
