Job summary

Versiti, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Donor Services Supervisor to oversee the donor collection team, ensure on-time delivery of work, and maintain quality and compliance in phlebotomy operations across collection sites.

The role leads staff, trains team members, travels to collections, performs phlebotomy as needed, and ensures safety and DOT compliance while building strong donor relationships and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Health care degree or certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating full-size van/ProMaster and safely transports staff, supplies and equipment.
• Travels to other collection sites as determined by business need.
• Leads donor collection team, redirects issues and provides feedback to team members and supervisors.
• Performs donor screening (collects donor histories) and phlebotomy, including automation (Alyx and/or Trima).
• Prepares collection site and performs setup, including technology systems and quality control.
• Trains and mentors team members in all aspects of the role.
• Transports staff and may transport supplies and equipment.
