Job summary

CCBC in Fresno, CA seeks a Territory Representative to lead donor recruitment and community engagement across the assigned region. You will build partnerships with schools, businesses, churches and civic groups to raise awareness and participation in blood donation through sponsored blood drives, and you will plan, organize and manage drives to meet collection goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• CA driver's license and clean driving history.
• Relevant outreach or donor recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor recruitment and community engagement across the assigned territory.
• Identify, create, and strengthen partnerships with schools, businesses, churches, and community groups.
• Plan, organize, and execute blood drives within the territory to meet goals.
• Drive participation in blood drives through marketing and outreach strategies.
• Deliver presentations and educational sessions on blood donation.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on outreach activities and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Donor Services, Contact Center, and Marketing for cohesive donor experiences.
• Represent CCBC at community events and public engagements; adapt to partner needs and schedule.
