Job summary

American Red Cross in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Blood Collections Supervisor to lead our donor team with care and efficiency. You will supervise staff, coordinate phlebotomy activities, and ensure donors have a safe, respectful experience.

The role includes flexible scheduling, training through the organization's phlebotomy program, and opportunities to advance within the nation’s top humanitarian organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.

• Supervise blood collection staff, including training and performance.
• Drive for results and to serve others with a high level of respect for customers and donors.
• Take time to personally connect with donors and help them understand the value of their donation.
