Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, sit/stand for long periods, and handle long irregular hours.
• Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors personally to share how donation helps others.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep donors comfortable and encourage return visits.
• Be detail-oriented to meet collection goals, regulatory requirements, and ensure safe transfusion.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setting up and tearing down equipment at donation sites.
