Mastercard Inc. is seeking an experienced BizOps Engineer II to advance our DevOps automation and production readiness initiatives.

You will partner with developers and operations to design, implement, and support scalable services, ensuring high availability, performance, and secure deployments across environments. You will drive triage and root-cause analysis, promote automation to reduce manual work, and collaborate with global teams to align product and operational needs while mentoring

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design
• Systematic problem-solving approach with strong communication and ownership
• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
• Experience with mainframe, Linux, Java preferred
• Interest in mainframe & Linux distributed platforms design/troubleshooting
• CI/CD tools experience: Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Chef

Responsabilidades

• Serve as production readiness steward for platforms
• Partner with developers to design, build, implement and support technology services
• Ensure availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, self-healing and deployment automation
• Lead DevOps transformation using tooling and standards
• Triage and root-cause analysis to minimize impact on customers
• Scale systems through automation and changes to improve reliability and velocity
• Support CI/CD pipeline promotion through environments with high quality
• Practice blameless postmortems and incident management
• Collaborate with global teams across geographies and time zones
• Mentor junior resources
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
