Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in a technical field.
• 3+ years with Python, Groovy, HTML, CSS, and REACT.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting.
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments across multiple environments.
• Design Git-based code management for parallel deployments.
• Improve the lifecycle of services from design to operation.
• Analyze ITSM activities and report operational gaps.
• Assist pre-live validation, capacity planning, and reviews.
• Scale systems via automation and reliability improvements.
• Lead DevOps automation and best practices for Mastercard.
• Conduct blameless postmortems and incident response.
• Holistically connect dots across stacks to reduce MTTR.
