Qualifications

• Observability tooling and scripting to collect logs, metrics and traces.
• Code or scripts to automate tasks and runbooks.
• Experience configuring Linux/Unix systems and networks.
• Cloud design, deployment and management across major providers.
• Designing highly available, scalable and recoverable systems.
• Applying DevOps practices including CI/CD and containers.
• Structured incident response and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Forecasting capacity needs and optimizing performance.
• Applying ITSM principles to incidents, changes and problems.
• Using monitoring data to drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute key SRE projects and resolve issues as they arise.
• Evaluate operational requirements and craft technical solutions.
• Support automation to improve workflows and incident response.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with developers to align reliability with business needs.
