Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Senior BizOps Engineer/SRE to join our hybrid team in O'Fallon, MO. You will drive production readiness, partner with developers, and automate deployments and monitoring to improve reliability and velocity.

You will work across product, operations, and development teams to reduce incident impact, implement self-healing strategies, and align technical needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
• Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
• Experience with one or more of Java, Python, Perl or Ruby is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be production readiness steward for the platform.
• Partner with developers to design, build, implement and support services.
• Ensure availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, self-healing and deployment automation.
• Lead DevOps transformation through tooling and standards.
• Triage and root-cause production events to minimize customer impact.
• Shift left to be proactive in development and production activities.
• Coordinate with global teams across geographies and time zones.
• Mentor junior resources and share knowledge.
