Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bistro Server to provide courteous food and beverage service to guests, complying with brand hospitality standards. The role involves taking orders, handling payments, and coordinating with the kitchen for dietary needs and special requests.

Responsibilities include setup and cleanup, assisting with bartending during peak periods, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while adhering to state and corporate policies. Prior F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up necessary supplies, food, and beverages at the beginning of the shift and maintain a stocked work area.
• Take orders, input orders, obtain payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and beverages, including alcohol when necessary.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports.
