Job summary

HHM Hotels Tyler, TX is seeking a friendly Bistro Server to deliver food and beverages in line with brand standards and our sustainability commitments.

You will set up service stations, take orders, input payments, communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, and assist bartending during peak periods.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and prior food & beverage experience; shifts vary and may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up service stations and keep work area stocked.
• Take and input orders, obtain payment, provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and beverages, including alcohol when needed.
• Assist bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports.
• Clean equipment and areas and follow safety policies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and comply with service regulations.
