Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bistro Server to provide courteous dining service, take orders, and prepare beverages in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, assist with bartending during busy periods, and ensure accuracy in payments and cash handling.

The role requires standing for long periods and adherence to safety and alcohol service policies. The ideal candidate has prior food and beverage experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly disposition.

Responsibilities

• Set up necessary supplies, food, and beverage at the start of shift and keep a stocked work area.
• Take orders, input orders, collect payment, and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee, and beverages, including alcohol when needed.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak times.
• Count cash at end of shift and file cashier reports.
• Clean equipment and areas and lock doors as required.
• Follow alcohol service rules and safety standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and assist management with other duties.
