HHM Hotels is seeking a Bistro Server to provide courteous food and beverage service to guests, maintaining a clean work area and adhering to brand standards. The role involves taking orders, processing payments, and assisting with special requests while upholding safety and sustainability guidelines.

The position offers a growth path through Banquet Server/Captain and Restaurant Manager, with opportunities to support bartending and other duties during peak times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsabilités

• Set up supplies, food and beverage for the shift and maintain a stocked work area.
• Take orders from guests, input orders, process payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and beverages, including alcohol when necessary.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, portioning and storing as needed.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during busy periods or staff shortages.
• Count cash at end of shift, reconcile reports and secure bank according to policy.
• Clean equipment and work areas; ensure doors and spaces are secure.
• Follow safety, MSDS and OSHA guidelines; uphold sustainability practices.
• Strive to ensure overall guest satisfaction and provide friendly service.
